HI, I’M ADEANNETTE — YOUR SLEEP COACH

Hi, my name is Adeannette, and I am a certified sleep training coach and the founder of Sweet Dreams by Ade. I help families in Puerto Rico and the U.S. create healthy, restful sleep habits for their babies.

When I first became a mom, I was completely in love with my baby—but also exhausted. I used to rock her to sleep every night because I believed sleep training meant letting babies cry, and I was afraid it could affect her emotionally. Like many parents, I had misconceptions and didn’t know there was a gentle, supportive way to improve sleep.

Everything changed when I decided to work with a sleep coach. The experience was life-changing for both me and my baby. That journey inspired me to become certified and help other moms feel supported, confident, and well-rested—just like I did.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Sleep training can typically begin around 4 to 6 months of age, when babies are developmentally ready to learn independent sleep skills. Every baby is different, so I always take a personalized approach based on your baby’s needs.

Every baby is different, and sleep challenges can vary from family to family. That’s why working with a sleep coach can make a big difference. You’ll receive personalized guidance and support every step of the way, helping you feel confident while creating a plan that works specifically for your baby.

Many families begin to see improvement within just a few days. Most programs are completed within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your baby and consistency, as every baby is different.

There are different sleep training methods, and not all of them involve leaving your baby to cry alone. I use a gentle and supportive approach. It’s important to understand that some level of crying can be normal, as your baby is learning a new skill, but you will always have guidance on how to respond in a way that feels right for you.

Every baby is unique, and some may take a little more time to adjust than others. With the right guidance, consistency, and support, we can work through challenges together and create a plan that fits your baby’s temperament and your parenting style.
